Turn Your BlackBerry Into An iBerry

So the Apple iPhone has been out for a little over a week now but many BlackBerry users are not wanting to shell out $600.00 USD for a new toy that doesn’t seem to handle email to well.

Keep in mind, this is my opinion about iPhone’s and email, so your mileage may very.

I know, we all want the cool iPhone icons, look and feel but don’t want to spend a ton of cash for a fancy video iPod with internet and phone capabilities.

Have no fear, you can now theme your BlackBerry to look like an iPhone just like me:

iBerry

Just head over to BlackBerry Theme Central and grab your “iBerry” theme.

So far the Research In Motion BlackBerry 7100, 8700 and 8800 are supported.

Depending on which model of BlackBerry you own, the full “iBerry” theme will cost you between $5.00-$7.00 USD, which is a lot nicer then $600.00.

Interesting article Sean. I’m actually thinking about getting an 8830 from my ISP and this would pimp it to the max (I’m assuming it works on the whole series?)

The 8830 is a newer unit but is CDMA. I personally prefer the GSM quad-band versions since I do a lot of traveling.

I have an iBerry version that would work for that phone if you end up getting one.
